A glazed cake never look (and taste sooo good..!). I've described before, how it taste like. However, the one yesterday had a much stronger flavour, in terms of both bitterness and saltiness.
Inconsistency..? Hmmm... But I tell you, after popping it into the freezer for a while, that slice was really heavenly, inconsistent or not. Fuh!
